ViCAFE is synonymous with high-quality coffee made from beans produced in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Fair conditions along the entire supply chain are crucial, as is the guarantee of social and ecological sustainability.
The beans are roasted locally on a Loring Kestrel at our roasting house in the Altstetten district of Zurich. This reduces CO2 emissions by 70%. The organic milk is sourced exclusively from the Birkenhof farm in Uster. Both delicious and sustainable.
From April 2021, ViCAFE will be on hand to wake you up every morning (or afternoon) – available to enjoy on site on the ground floor or to take away with you.
