Conditions of participation for BRIDGE competitions and participatory promotions
By taking part, you agree to the following conditions of participation of BRIDGE for competitions and participatory promotions.
Competition organiser: BRIDGE
Participation is open to all Swiss residents aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from participating: employees of the competition organiser as well as competition clubs, automated services and other professional/commercial participants.
By commenting on Facebook or Instagram or participating via our website until the stated deadline, you will be entered in the competition. The winners will be chosen from among all entrants on the draw date as part of a random draw or by means of a jury decision. The winners will be notified via a private message (Facebook, Instagram) or by e-mail.
No purchase is necessary to participate in competitions.
The prize varies based on the competition content.
Prizes that cannot be delivered to the address provided by the participant within six months of notification will be forfeited without replacement. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash.
Publication of winners:
By participating in a competition, you agree that, should you win, you will be mentioned on the respective channel by your first name and the first letter of your surname.
Recourse to legal action is excluded. No correspondence about competitions will be entered into, except with winners.
The sale of tickets, winning codes, coupons, etc. is forbidden. The competition organiser reserves the right to block any such tickets, winning codes, coupons, etc.
Only one competition entry is allowed per person and only with the correct personal information. The competition organiser is entitled to exclude participants who use a pseudonym or a false identity, as well as participants who enter a competition more than once.
The competition organiser also reserves the right to exclude participants suspected of or found to be abusing and/or acting in breach of these conditions of participation, or for other good cause. It is furthermore authorised to change the competition at any time or suspend, cancel or prematurely end the competition for good cause.
By registering, you acknowledge that this competition is not affiliated to Facebook and, in particular, is not sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook in any way. You hereby fully indemnify Facebook against all and any claims relating to this competition. All information is provided exclusively by the competition organiser, not by Facebook. Any information you provide under this competition is made available not to Facebook, but to the competition organiser.
