SOURGOOD makes handmade breads and buns at BRIDGE with natural whole rye grain sourdough that is fermented over a long period of time to create tasty and nutritious food.
All bread are based on rye sourdough with whole grains. Thanks to the 3-day baking process with long fermentation, the bread has a long shelf life of about 1 week. The weight is between 450g and 500g and all flour and grain are from Switzerland. There are two main types of bread: SOL and STEN.
