Fermented drinks begin where others end. nÿcha begins its life as a brewed tea with the typical sugar content of iced tea. Microbial and enzymatic transformations over several weeks of fermentation produce this special drink, in which half of the sugar is converted into fruity tasting acids.
We have been producing our unique “craft kombucha” by hand in Switzerland since 2014.
