ViCAFE is synonymous with quality coffee produced in a sustainably ecological manner. We aim to establish long-term and personal business relationships and negotiate the green coffee price directly with producers. We value fair conditions along the entire value chain and consider social and ecological sustainability to be of equal importance.
Our coffee beans are roasted locally on a Loring Kestrel at our roasting house in the Altstetten district of Zurich. This reduces CO2 emissions by 70%. Our organic milk is sourced exclusively from the Birkenhof farm in Uster.
