Zurich has many wine destinations – one of them is Neftenbach. As part of the Swiss Wine Weeks, winemaker and oenologist Nadine Saxer is bringing selected wines from her family-owned winery to Europaallee. In the glass: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling-Sylvaner, Pinot Noir and other discoveries. Nature-conscious viticulture, plenty of handwork and a modern approach to traditional craftsmanship shape her work.
