From Lake Constance to Europaallee. As part of the Swiss Wine Weeks, Ochsentorkel Weinbau is bringing selected wines from Thal to Zurich. Sandy molasse soils, the sheltered location near Lake Constance and time spent in the cellar shape wines with freshness, depth and a distinctive character. With the Ochsentorkel team on site, you can taste, compare and discover more about their work in the vineyard and cellar.

Champagne is not just about big names, but also about personal touch. Young winemaker Laurianne Lejour will be joining us at Europaallee. She farms 1.5 hectares of Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels, vinifying each one separately. In the glass: Brut Nature, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and Rosé – precise, mineral and elegant. Join Laurianne to taste, compare and discover the woman behind the Champagnes.

In the glass: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling-Sylvaner, Pinot Noir and other discoveries. Nature-conscious viticulture, plenty of handwork and a modern approach to traditional craftsmanship shape her work. With Nadine Saxer on site, you can taste, compare and talk to her about her work.
