Vinh Truong was born in Vietnam in 1971 and spent the first years of his life in his home country. In 1979, Vinh and his family of 10 moved to Switzerland, where they settled in Frauenfeld. Initially, Vinh did an apprenticeship as a polytechnician, then changed professions in the early nineties and joined the family business “Thanh Hung” – an Asian food shop. In 2012, Vinh opened his restaurant Vietnam on Uetlibergstrasse in Zurich. The restaurant offers a variety of Vietnamese dishes characterised by original flavours and fresh ingredients.
Together with the BRIDGE bistro team, Vinh has created a wonderful Vietnamese menu for the new Asian Spring theme, which will bring you closer to the taste of Vietnam. Vinh and our team wish you chúc ngon miệng!
