To mark the start of spring, things will be light and sensuous at BRIDGE when Lima Garden opens its doors with a warm welcome. Our first motto theme of the year will ensure you can not only look forward to Peruvian specialities from the BRIDGE kitchen and at the market, but also marvel at the suitably blossoming backdrop.
In keeping with this motto, we’ve also recruited the ideal gastronomic professional: Peruvian culinary conjurer Emilio Espinosa-Schwarz will be BRIDGE’s guest at Lima Garden. Emilio is guaranteed to awaken your taste buds from their winter slumber with his authentic ceviche!
What’s more, to enable you to pick up some “Peruvian” while refining your culinary skills, we’ll be holding theme-related events and workshops at our FoodLab. Salud!
