Premsoul stands for Indian spice tea in the finest organic quality and was founded by Alexandra and Brendon Mikrons over 10 years ago.
Due to their value system, it was clear from the beginning that they only produce sustainably, trade fairly and import organically grown spices. Premsoul has been working with the Fair Trade Alliance Kerala since the beginning. The spices are grown organically and in harmony with nature in southern India. The alliance gives the farmers access to the world market and guarantees a fair income.
The spices are ground in their chai studio by a specially made bicycle, packed and delivered within Zurich by cargo bike.
The family business has classic chai blends that immerse you in the spicy world of India, as well as mild or creative blends such as the Pink Chai. The powerful colour is made from organic beetroot powder and is a highlight not only visually but also in terms of taste.
From May 2022, Pink Chai will also be available as an essence. The organic essences allow for quick and easy preparation.
