At our dessert studio in the Wipkingen district of Zurich, we create unique gustatory experiences with one goal in mind: to ensure our desserts don’t taste “over-sweetened,” but rather profit from a coordinated interplay of different consistencies, fragrances and flavours, such as those provided by herbs and salt as well as tart and bitter ingredients.

Our desserts can be absolutely anything: vegan or gluten-free, free of granulated sugar or flavoured with a pinch of salt or a hint of rosemary. However, one thing never changes: our commitment to providing a unique and surprising taste experience.
