The young Bernese start-up company Outlawz Food started three years ago with a food truck in the districts of Bern. Today the company employs around 50 people and supplies the catering trade, various online shops and wholesalers throughout Switzerland with its products. Production continues locally and hand crafted, meanwhile in their own production facility in Thun in order to cope with the increasing demand.
In addition to 3 types of iced tea and sauces, among other things, satay wings, sliced meat and, more recently, a vegan alternative to bacon slices and bacon cubes characterize the range of Outlawz Food.
