Since 2018, we have been producing exclusively organic & Fairtrade certified coffee in our glass roastery in Horgen and follow a holistic sustainable approach in our production process. In addition to the well thought-out selection of our raw materials, we therefore fire our drum roaster with biogas and use only municipally generated natural electricity in our entire operation. We have also done our sustainability homework when it comes to packaging and distribution – but we would be happy to tell you more about this over a cup of high-quality coffee during your visit to our café, which is part of the roasting house.
