New Roots was founded in 2015 in Thun and is the result of Alice & Freddy’s dream – to make delicious vegan cheese based on cashew nuts. The goal was to create an ethical as well as sustainable alternative to traditional cheese without compromising on taste.
In the past year, New Roots has diversified and now sells yogurt.
