Founded by Alina Russ in 2017, LoLa’s Kitchen is the first Swiss producer to make 100% plant-based desserts that are gluten-free and exclusively naturally sweetened. The products are processed raw and not heated above 42 degrees Celsius. This not only preserves but also enhances the nutrients within the ingredients.
So when we say “healthy desserts,” we mean it too. LoLa’s Kitchen takes care to use regional and seasonal ingredients and avoids sugar, trans fats, gluten, lactose, soy and other unnecessary additives during production.
The mission of LoLa’s Kitchen is to conjure up desserts that are available everywhere and that provide people with a feel-good “wow effect,” both visually and in terms of flavour.
