We roast exceptional and high-quality coffee – out of passion! We create our quality and expressive coffees from the most diverse coffees of the countries around the coffee belt.
Whenever possible, we personally source our beans in the country of origin in a fair and directly traded manner.
Proximity to our suppliers is important to us. Our motto: Coffee – roasted next door in Zurich. That is why we also source our packaging such as bags, labels, boxes and glue rolls from Switzerland.
In addition to our extensive know-how, we also make use of state-of-the-art technology. This enables us to monitor all roasting processes electronically. After all, we always want to live up to our guiding principle: perfectly roasted, with a balanced taste and no smoky roast aromas.
